Unofficial Event: This convention is a fan-organized event celebrating Metal Gear Solid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Konami or any other official parties. Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards other attendees, venue staff, and event organizers. Harassment, bullying, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate ejection from the event without a refund. Cosplay and Costumes: Cosplay is welcome and encouraged, but costumes must be appropriate for a public event. Props must be non-functional and deemed safe by event organizers. Any attendee with a costume or prop deemed unsafe or inappropriate may be asked to remove it. Photography and Video Recording: Photography and video recording are permitted, but please respect the privacy and wishes of others. If someone asks not to be photographed or recorded, please comply with their request. Any unauthorized commercial use of event content is strictly prohibited. Liability: Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and actions. The event organizers and venue are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, or any personal injury sustained at the event, unless caused by the negligence of the organizers or venue staff. Alcohol and Drugs: Alcohol and illegal drugs are not allowed at the event. Any attendee found in possession of, or under the influence of, illegal substances will be removed from the event and may be reported to law enforcement. Changes and Cancellation: Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, guests, or other event details without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation, organizers will attempt to notify attendees as soon as possible and provide information about any rescheduled dates or refunds.
