REGISTRATION
We are currently SOLD OUT of in-person passes. Join the Eventbrite Waitlist.
Please bring a photo ID and have your registration email ready.
AGE
As the series is rated M, we ask that all guests under the age of 18 are accompanied by an adult.
ACCESSIBILITY
MGSCON is wheelchair accessible and takes place on one floor, including restrooms. Elevators are located in the foyer for lobby, parking and restaurant access.
COVID-19 POLICIES
Vaccination is highly recommended for all attendees and staff participating in MGSCON.
The safety and well being of our fans is our top priority.
If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you please stay home to keep your fellow fans safe.
Masks are strongly suggested.

HOTEL POLICIES
MGSCON is located in the Hilton Long Beach and therefore attendees must adhere to the Hilton rules.
There is no smoking or alcohol consumption allowed in the MGSCON event space.
No outside food or beverage is allowed at MGSCON.
Dogs are welcome to stay at the Hilton but unless it is a service animal, pets will have to remain in attendee rooms.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography and videography is permitted.
MGSCON attendees, vendors and staff acknowledge they are entering a space where photo, video, and audio recording may occur. We ask all our guests to be considerate and receive permission before capturing photos or video of other attendees. Be respectful - any attendee taking inappropriate pictures will be removed.

BAG POLICY
All attendees must pass through security and all bags must be checked when entering.
If you leave the event area you will be required to pass through security upon reentry.
Q&A:
Does MGSCON Artist Alley accept credit cards or digital payment?
Each artist or vendor choose how they accept payment. We recommend bringing cash.
Does MGSCON sell tickets on-site?
We are currently SOLD OUT of in-person tickets & will not be offering tickets on-site.
Will there be food options?
MGSCON will not be offering food but there are options available inside the Hilton Long Beach.

What guests will be attending?

Will I be guaranteed a signing and/or photo opportunity?
Guest autographs are on a first come first served basis. Photo op tickets will be available online only.
How many attendees can be in one photo?
For safety reasons, no more than 4 attendees in one photo.
What if I have a complaint?
Please don't hesitate to locate the nearest MGSCON Staff if you have an issue. We are here to help make this event safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Why Los Angeles?
Many of the talented (English) voice actors featured in the Metal Gear franchise are local to Los Angeles and therefore more accessible. Plus the event coordinator lives nearby :)

I backed on Kickstarter, how do I get my rewards?
You will receive your pass and rewards when you check in at Registration. If you can't make it in person, check your Kickstarter email and fill out the address survey to get your items sent to you.
